Step 1: On the OfficeScan server, go to the PCCSRV directory

Step 2: Edit the file: OFCSCAN.INI

Step 3: Search and change the following value: “MASTER_PWD=70”

Step 4: Save the file

Step 5: Go to the folder \TREND MICRO\OFFICESCAN\PCCSRV\PRIVATE\AUTHORSTORE\trendauthdef.xml

Search need user, for example Root, change Pwd string for and replace the following string

Pwd="!CRYPT!5234E559C0E2086E72FDC6793DE92D6CA2B50662C65503EBF96643A3C20291FC8D472CEAD02C41EDDEB40332A3C"

Nowthe Password will be reset as 1

Step 6: Restart the OfficeScan Master Service

Step 7: Open the Management Console and enter user name as “root” and password as “1”
